Although we have a great deal of experience in shipping goods overseas each case is different. We will do our best to assist and recommend the most efficient way to transport your goods and an idea of costs to ensure they arrive safely and undamaged. Large / Heavy Furniture
Please understand fragile, heavy, and large items require delivery by a specialist delivery service. We do our best to ensure most items are delivered on our standard service. However, to ensure the product[s] reache you in the best possible condition certain items require this service.
Custom Made Items
Our range of Custom-made goods are commissioned especially for you and have a delivery time of approximately 8 Weeks.
In Stock Items
Items that are in stock should arrive within 14 working days. We partner with several delivery companies; we will contact you to establish your requirements and arrange the delivery to you.
Collecting in your own vehicle. Aflair will not accept any responsibility for goods damaged in this way or take any liability for any damage occurred during this process including your vehicle.
Returns
Returns Procedures
We try to make returns as simple as possible. While we hope that you’re always happy with your order, we understand that there are occasions you may want to return items. Please notify us within 7 days by telephone of your intention to return the product(s) on 020 87897377. Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt to qualify for a refund. Please ensure all items are wrapped securely in their original packaging. We recommend that you use insured registered delivery. Please ensure that returns are packed and labelled carefully so that they are not lost or damaged in transit. Aflair cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in this manner. Aflair cannot be responsible for charges made by your credit card company whilst waiting for returns to be refunded to your card. You will be required to provide a completed returns form before a refund or exchange can be given.
Distance Selling Regulations
Furniture bought from stock: Under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy items from stock online or by phone, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 7 working days of receipt. This includes any delivery charge. Accessories: For small items (accessories and goods delivered by courier), You (the customer) are responsible for the cost and safe return to AFLAIR. Where large products are returned as unwanted, we reserve the right to make a charge from £55 to cover the collection cost. Furniture specially ordered for you: these are shown on web by status ‘Custom Made’. In respect of these products our usual Refund Policy does not apply, and products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returning Heavy Or Fragile Goods
Heavy good items can be taken away at the Point of delivery. If you decide to return the products, it may take up to 28 days for collection (40 days for more remote areas) and a charge of £65 will be made. Please call our customer services department on 02087897377 To arrange returns of heavy goods. Refunds will only be given provided we receive a completed returns form and items in their original packaging.
Returning Damaged Goods
Replacements or exchange of damaged goods will not be dispatched until the original item has been received to our warehouse.
AFLAIR do not give refunds on the following items: Unwanted items returned after 14 days without a completed Returns Form. Damaged items not notified by telephone to us within 7 Days. All Custom-made items.

By supplying us with your email address, you are allowing us to keep in touch when you place an order, when we have dispatched your goods and to deal with any possible queries you may have with your order.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
